Terms + Conditions

Oldham House’s terms and conditions:

• to hold a booking we ask that you pay a deposit of 50% of the accommodation at the time of booking, with the balance due prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy: 

•  cancellations more than 14 days prior to commencement of the booking will result in a full refund.

•  cancellations between 7 to 14 days prior to commencement of the booking will result in a 50% cancellation fee (of the full amount due for the Suite).

•  cancellations between  to 14 days prior to commencement of booking will result in a 100% cancellation fee (of the full amount due for the Suite).
